Swapping out carpets.....
From wine, to food, to pets and the stain you have no idea where it came from.... rugs are something that are an easy swap when it comes to keeping your rental fresh. There is a great line of carpets that are made from polypropylene. These I like to call "cleaner approved" they can be spot cleaned, bleached and hosed down. The price point is wonderful!
