Holiday Plans?......

Traveling to the Vineyard in the fall and winter is a cozy escape... The shops are offering sales, the restaurants are serving comfort food, and the fact that you can skip the bathing suit and walk around in leggings, boots and a cozy sweater is a bonus.
Yes not all restaurants are open, but here are a few of my favorite stops:
The Newes from America- Onion rings, and the simple salad with tenderloin is my favorite. While my husband prefers the buttermilk chicken and my son eats the fish and chips and of course the pickles and ice cream that our favorite waitresses Ashley brings.
For a date night out Alchemy is wonderful. The second floor offer a cozy fireplace and a great bar. The risotto balls are amazing and I love the Jonas crab salad.
And for something on the go, Espresso love has hot coffee, specialty drinks, yummy breakfast and lunch options.
Of course Morning glory farm has coffee and donuts, warm soups and of course the salad bar.

Now the important part.......Where to stay.
We have some wonderful choices from a cozy apartment to waterfront homes. Featured this week is a 4 bedroom,4 bath with breathtaking views of the Edgartown Lighthouse. And never fear, the Harbor View Hotel bar and restaurant is across the street. Available for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. This house offers a front row seat for the fireworks display! Email me for details

All the best to you, here or there....
