Labor Day weekend....

Town is a flurry with visitors grabbing their last coffee at Espresso Love, lunch overlooking the harbor at the Atlantic, and final few scoops if ice cream at Mad Martha's. Oh and don't forget your Black Dog sweatshirts so you can cuddle up all winter and remember your Vineyard Vacation. With the final vacationers planning their exit this weekend it amazes me that the summer is over.

 

Summer Garden Wedding....

I was an honored guest of my tenants Cynthia and Noble. They rented a house from me this summer with their closest of friends. While planning their vineyard vacation they thought why not get married while we are there. A last minute plan which resulted in a beautiful sharing of vows. It was a pleasure to be a part of, and something I will cherish always. After they walked down the grassy isle we spoke about the unique location they decided on. The garden at Atria, why so special? I reminded him that now on their anniversary they can be one of the few that dines in the exact spot they shared their vows. Yes Atria has one table in the garden that seats 6-8. It is set under a tree that sparkles with lights. A hidden secret that now they can share with the friends that made their day so special.

What a day!

I looked up at the sky today and was thrilled that the sun was out. Even though the winter went by quick, it is nice to start thinking about summer.
Morning Glory for coffee and a muffin, (and lunch)
Bike to work, (I hope)
Sundresses and sandals as my uniform,
and cocktails at Atlantic!

That spells out a summers day for me......:)

Good Morning All:

The sun is out on the Vineyard and I am here in the office working on getting my guests ready for the rental season!

I have worked with so many great people this year and are thrilled to get to meet them.

Here is a photo of the Edgartown light house, one of my favorite place to walk my dog and relax in the sun!
