Construction in the Village

It has been a summer full of change... Good, bad and the beautiful. In Edgartown village you can see first hand with construction all around. Classic style captains home renovated yet maintaining original features. With a sore thumb every once in a while. As a rental agent I find myself between a rock and a hard place when this accrues. We do our best to be aware of the situations, yet when beyond our control it is our duty to work around a troublesome neighbor. With change comes new rental homes to add to our ever changing inventory. So again we apologize for inconveniences yet look to the positives for next year. New houses, and or a beautiful addition to the lovely town.
